About True Optimal Health

True Optimal Health is about exploring and discovering (or rediscovering!) the world of health. When finding E. Coli and other pathogens in our food and water becomes second nature, you know we are in trouble. Once the safest place to eat and drink on the planet, the U.S news headlines are starting to make us look like a developing country.

While there are many reasons for this, the bottom line is that we can no longer just assume it’s safe to eat the food and drink the water just because we’re well, Americans. We’ve allowed our agriculture and meat industries to fly under the radar for a long time and now we’re paying for it.

Hi, my name is Brandi and I am the momstermind behind True Optimal Health. While I wear many hats these days; I am a dedicated full-time mother of two young children, wife, aspiring writer, educator, entrepreneur, humanitarian, chief, maid, health fanatic, and Urilife distributor, just to name a few.

However, I do not have a college degree. I am not a doctor, lawyer, scientist or environmentalist for that matter. But like you, I do have a God that has taught me that excellence is not perfection, it is a journey. I am thrilled to be a part of a profession that not only serves others, but also allows me to do so being me, no matter how perfectly unperfect I am:~)
