Have you ever thought you knew someone so well until all of a sudden when under pressure they CRACK revealing their not-so-pretty colors? After working at Craig Hospital for several years, I found myself witnessing this particular setting day in and day out.
It separated the strong from the weak, the experienced from the newbie. More over, it separated the nursing staff who were there caring for their patients because they had compassion to do so. Like owning a Urilife home based business, nursing is one specialty that must be led with heart and not greed.
We are all human, we will all crack at times. But those whom possess this light from within will shine in any given situation.

I could not agree more! One of my favorite truths and ways to live my life. It’s easy to have courage, compassion, kindness, love, gentleness and so forth when things are going good, but it’s another thing to have them when things are rough. I decided when I was 27 years old that I was going to embrace Life no matter what was going on, good, bad or indifferent. And it is a choice I’ve lived by and never regretted. Wonderful post and sentiments.
Like Robin said, we really see peoples true colors when times are not the best. That’s when we see if the light shines from within. Some people you can just tell have that internal light, and others, you might not know until a certain situation comes up. I like to believe that we all have it. For some, it’s just buried a little deeper.

its true , that every human being on earth does crack sometimes depending upon the mood and situation , but we all shud realize and understand others point of view too , in situation like these we shoud treat ppl like we do before or after the crack , only our care can make them realize that they have bin harsh to us
